J&G is an international architecture, landscape, engineering and social science company.​

J&G operates in the field of architecture, landscape and in particular in the fields of planning, public space and garden design, tackling projects with the involvement of the community and participatory design with emphasis on co-design and co-creation.

The company is organized in four different Departments, each one dealing with a specific field: Architecture & Landscape, Civil & Structural Engineering,
Urban–Rural Planning & Social Sciences and Research & Development.
